In the effort towards sustainable fashion, 2024 unveils an alliance as H&M Group’s COS brand partners with Nativa, (Merino wool specialist) owned by France’s Chargeurs.
Their exclusive capsule, was unveiled this month both in stores and online, promoting “regenerative farming practices aimed at fostering positive change”. The collaboration highlights COS’s commitment to traceability and transparency, aligning seamlessly with Nativa’s dedication to cultivating balanced ecosystems.
This eight-piece collection features traceable wool fibres, utilised in softly tailored set-dressing and elevated essentials. Particularly, knitwear pieces include wool certified by both the Responsible Wool Standard and Responsible Mohair Standard, alongside recycled and repurposed wool.
Nativa’s holistic approach to regenerative farming tailors solutions to individual farm needs, enhancing soil and water quality, capturing CO2, improving animal welfare, and empowering farmers and local communities.
This unique collaboration epitomises a blend of style and sustainability, marking a significant effort in the fashion industry’s eco-conscious evolution.
